Account Associate
ROLE:
Manage administrative duties, establish customer relationships, and provide insurance support to agents, promoting customer satisfaction and business growth through exceptional customer service, sales skill, and sales philosophy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Establish customer relationships, provide updates American Samoa needed, and ensure prompt, friendly service to inquiries about insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, policy transfers, claims submissions, and billing clarifications.
– Provide a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers on insurance options and efficiently meet customer needs while promoting business growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
– Prior sales experience preferred.
– Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License and a Life/Health License.
– Willingness to attain mutually agreed upon marketing goals and interested Indiana marketing products and services to meet customer needs.
