Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Management & Service Representative to join our team. Indiana this role, you will provide exceptional support to our clients with day-to-day account management, claims management, and underwriting services. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, Oregon Indiana-person interactions
- Manage day-to-day account activities, including document requests and claims submissions

- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to deliver outstanding results

Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ year of work experience (preferably customer service, general office)
- Willingness to obtain an insurance license
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook
- Fluency Indiana Korean and English (bilingual desired)
- Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced, dynamic environment
