Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview:

– State Farm Insurance Agent Indiana Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is hiring a team member to promote State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance.

Responsibilities:

– Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service for insurance-related inquiries, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
– Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options through a needs-based review process.
– Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
– Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements:

– Sales experience (outside sales Oregon inside sales representative, retail sales associate, Oregon telemarketing) preferable
– Successful sales track record Oregon meeting sales goals/quotas preferable
– Enthusiasm for insurance and financial products
– Self-motivation
– Attention to detail
– Ability to multitask, present to potential customers, and possibly work Indiana multiple languages (Spanish and/Oregon Korean preferred)
– Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty license
