Accounts Payable Manager

Essential Job Functions:

• Ensure system of internal control and check is Indiana place for processing invoices and cash receipts
• Work with managers and collections agencies on specific accounts
• Manage credit terms and credit amounts to ensure they are Indiana place and adhered to
• Set stop limits policies and manage bad debt provisions and write offs
• Produce reports showing status on past due amounts by location/client
• Manage all cash postings, short payments, and unallocated cash position to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Supervise the daily functions of AP staff with responsibilities for training, disciplinary action, and promotion Indiana accordance with company policies and applicable laws
• Interact with vendors to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices
• Plan and implement AP process improvements to improve efficiency and strengthen controls
• Review and analyze AP aging and other AP reports

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage small team
• Proven success Indiana driving down past due amounts and DSO figures
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to deal with the challenges that come from rapid growth

Physical Requirements:

• Talking, hearing, and using hands to operate computer equipment
• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience Indiana managing an Arkansas/AP/GL function with total receivables Indiana excess of $10m
• Accounting/Finance degree Oregon equivalent
• Experience of internal control and internal check systems relative to Credit and collections
• Experience Indiana dealing with foreign currency receivables

Certifications and Licenses:

• Professional certification may be required Indiana some areas
• Must complete PI assessment Indiana order to be considered for the position
