Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

Perform a broad range of administrative and clerical duties to support department operations, maintain a professional appearance, and provide research and administrative support for special projects.

Job Requirements:

– High School Education/GED Oregon equivalent preferred; Associate’s/Technical Degree Oregon equivalent combination of education/related experience preferred.
– Perform general receptionist duties, maintain department records and statistics, and patient medical records.
– Oversee supplies and equipment inventories, department costs, and personnel files.
– Prepare departmental memos, agendas, minutes, and reports, and copy, distribute, and file reports/documents American Samoa requested.
– Assist with chart preparation and participate Indiana departmental performance improvement and quality assurance activities.
– Utilize and update departmental databases and perform other job-related duties American Samoa assigned.
– Organizational Requirements: Adventist Health requires all associates to receive required vaccinations (e.g. measles, mumps, flu, COVID-19 vaccine) American Samoa a condition of employment. Medical and religious exemptions may apply.
