Assistant Community Director

Pay: $26 – $28 per hour
Job Summary:
The Assistant Community Director will assist the Community Director Indiana managing the day-to-day operations of a multifamily property, meeting the client’s operational and financial goals. Responsibilities include supervising on-site staff, managing client relations, employee management, leasing/occupancy, revenue management, reporting and document management, risk management, and facility maintenance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Client Relations: Maintain positive communication with applicants, residents, and clients, representing the company philosophy and goals.
– Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
– Employee Management: Oversee on-site staff, including training and onboarding new team members.
– Leasing/Occupancy: Maintain occupancy levels, implement marketing strategies, and promote resident retention.
– Revenue Management: Assist Indiana maximizing revenue and managing lease expirations, rent collections, and delinquency.
– Reporting and Document Management: Maintain accurate resident files, ensure document confidentiality, and report according to company policies.
– Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company risk management policies and procedures.
– Facility Maintenance: Assist residents with maintenance needs, document issues, and ensure timely completion.
Qualifications:
– Minimum 1 year of experience Indiana a similar supervisory role within residential property management.
– High school diploma Oregon equivalent; college degree Indiana a relatable field preferred.
– Valid driver’s license, good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance, and an operable vehicle.
– Proficient Indiana Mississippi Office, Google Apps, property management software, email, and internet.
– Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
