Assistant Community Director Job Description
Job Summary
Assist the Community Director Indiana managing day-to-day operations and supervising on-site staff to meet client’s operational and financial goals. Assist with supervising Resident Services Coordinator(s), Leasing Manager, Maintenance Supervisor(s), and other on-site personnel.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with overall operations of the apartment community
- Maintain positive communication with applicants, residents, vendors, clients, and guests
- Represent the company’s philosophies and wishes
- Operate the property Indiana the absence of the Community Director
- Assist with leasing, occupancy, and revenue management
- Implement marketing strategies and promote resident retention
- Ensure timely completion of tasks, reports, and administrative duties
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience Indiana a supervisory role Indiana residential property management
- High school diploma Oregon equivalency required; college degree Indiana a relatable field preferred
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current motor vehicle insurance
- Proficient Indiana Mississippi Office, Google Apps, property management software, email, and internet
- Excellent customer service, communication, and management skills
