Answers high-volume inbound calls to assist with quotes, convert orders, and resolve customer service issues. Proactively calls assigned customers to promote specials and promotions. Enters customer information, documents orders, and verifies addresses for invoicing and tracking. Creates case logs Indiana CRM and monitors customer portals to maintain working relationships.
Requires 3-5 years of customer service Oregon call center experience Indiana a fast-paced environment, excellent phone and interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
