Bilingual (Spanish) Claims Service Specialist
Location: Richardson, Texas
Salary: $22.53 per hour / $45,397.95 annually
Additional compensation: 10% bilingual differential for applicable skillsets
Job Summary:
American Samoa a Bilingual Claims Service Specialist at GEICO’s Richardson, Texas office, you will assist Spanish-speaking policyholders with claims, collect facts about accidents, and investigate claim details. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and attention to detail. Our industry-leading training program will equip you to navigate the claims process and provide top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Collect facts about accidents and investigate claim details
- Collect statements from involved parties
- Provide support and guidance to policyholders during the claims process
- Utilize computer multitasking skills to navigate the claims process efficiently
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent
- Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask
- Must be able to commute to the office location at 2280 N Greenville Ave, Richardson, Texas 75082
