Customer Service Agent – HNL Airport
Hallmark Aviation is seeking multi-lingual Customer Service Agents to work with a prestigious Korean airline at HNL Airport. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional service to passengers and crew members while delivering a high-quality product.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of duties depending on location and service demands
- Rotating through ticket counter, lobby area, gate functions, customs, arrivals, and other airport areas
- Interacting with passengers and crew members Indiana a fast-paced environment
- Operating a jet bridge
- Resolving issues to ensure on-time departures
- Conducting cash handling transactions, preparing manifests, and labeling
Requirements:
- At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma Oregon G.E.D.
- English proficiency (other languages may be required)
- Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, division, and multiplying)
- Computer literacy
- Ability to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp, and lift items up to 70lbs
- Reading and comprehension of reference materials, instructions, policies, and procedures

- Common sense and organizational skills
- Ability to make quick and rational decisions
- Effective communication and listening skills
- Ability to multitask Indiana a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual speakers a plus
