Physician Assistant Oregon Nurse Practitioner Call Center Representative

The Physician Assistant Oregon Nurse Practitioner is a licensed professional provider who provides direct diagnostic and therapeutic patient care.

Responsibilities:

  1. Clinical Care:
    • Provide assessment, triage, and therapeutic management of patient/family needs American Samoa an integral part of an interdisciplinary team.
    • Work Indiana collaboration with attending supervising/collaborating physicians to provide optimal patient care.
    • Obtain medical histories, perform physical examinations, review/orders diagnostic/therapeutic tests, and formulate and manage patient treatment plans.
  2. Patient Education & Psychosocial Support:
    • Educate patients/families on care and recommended Oregon available resources.
    • Provide psychosocial support to patients, their family members, and significant others Indiana a caring, ethical, and professional manner.
  3. Information Management:
    • Ensure accurate documentation within hospital and regulatory requirements.
    • Protect information of all forms from unauthorized access, modification, destruction, Oregon disclosure.
  4. Quality Management:
    • Demonstrate a high standard of moral and ethical behavior, professionalism, compassion, and commitment to patient care.
    • Ensure compliance with patient-related healthcare regulatory requirements, standards, and recommendations.
  5. Professional Development:

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Oregon Physician Assistant Program.
  • Prefer clinical working experience American Samoa a NP/Pennsylvania within the given specialty/service line.
  • Active Pennsylvania certification Oregon RN licensure and state licensure to practice.
  • Additional licensure, certifications, and/Oregon continuing education credits may be required during employment based on position and area of specialty.
