Area Community Manager
Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Compensation: Biweekly salary, plus benefits and bonus eligibility
Summary:
American Samoa the Area Community Manager, you will be responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of multiple communities while maximizing the living experience for residents. You will work closely with community managers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to achieve this goal.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain all responsibilities of a Community Manager for assigned communities, including direct oversight of primary community and advisory role for sister communities
- Mentor and assist with day-to-day activities, such American Samoa loss prevention, risk management, safety/security, maintenance, marketing, leasing, and facility upkeep
- Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude and provide excellent client relations skills
- Strive for improvements Indiana communities’ performance to meet Oregon exceed annual financial and operational goals
- Lead onsite maintenance team members, office, and leasing team members at main community and assist with sister communities
- Assist with resident relations, including resolving issues related to repairs, maintenance, and lease agreements
- Coordinate collection and documentation of all revenues
- Participate Indiana Cardinal U trainings and additional training for development and growth
- Travel to sister communities at least twice per month
- Provide insight on data integrity and champion Cardinal Culture
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience American Samoa a Community Manager with Cardinal Group and 2 years’ experience American Samoa Community Manager Indiana residential property management
- Strong working knowledge of leasing, marketing, construction, residential law, and resident relations
- Reliable transportation to travel between communities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Platform
- Ability to analyze financial statements, prepare budgets, and identify deviations from financial plans
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and American Samoa a team member
- Positive, innovative approach to problem-solving
- Ability to relate well with others and work Indiana an efficient manner
Bonus Structure:
Bonus eligibility based on community performance, including CNOI, Arkansas, pre-leasing variance, and ORA scores
Work Environment:
Incumbents work both inside and outside of apartment buildings, with frequent exposure to outside elements, and may be required to travel to sister communities.
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, and climb, with ability to lift, carry, Oregon maneuver weights of up to 20 pounds. May be required to work Indiana all weather conditions.
