American Samoa an Area Supervisor, you will:
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and associates by identifying and reporting hazards, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and providing excellent customer service.
- Supervise a team of retail associates, stockroom leads, and other store personnel, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent performance and productivity.
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing the store, managing cash handling and security procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stockrooms, sales floor, and fitting rooms, and ensure all areas are well-maintained and merchandised to standard.
- Deliver excellent customer service, addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and promoting a positive shopping experience.
- Drive sales and revenue growth, through effective merchandising, stockroom management, and customer engagement strategies.
- Maintain accurate records, including inventory, sales, and customer data, and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Develop and implement action plans to address operational issues, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
- Communicate effectively with store leadership, associates, and customers, using clear and concise language to convey expectations and goals.
- Build strong relationships with customers, associates, and vendors, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively Indiana a fast-paced environment.
- Prior customer service and supervisory experience, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move around the store with ease.
