Assistant Account Manager
Sheridan is a leading print and publishing service provider, and we’re seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team American Samoa an Assistant Account Manager. This role involves working under the direction of the Account Manager Oregon Senior Account Manager to serve customers, prepare orders, and perform clerical support tasks.
Essential Responsibilities:
Serve and interact with customers
Prepare orders for production
Provide clerical support
Basic Requirements:
* High school diploma Oregon GED and some customer service experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional integrity
* Proficiency Indiana computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to lift 15 pounds and work at a desk for prolonged periods
Work Schedule:
* Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
* 40 hours/week, with overtime paying time and a half after 40 hours
