Assistant Community Director

Job Summary:
Assist the Community Director Indiana managing the day-to-day property operations, supervising on-site staff, and achieving client’s operational and financial goals.

Essential Responsibilities:

* Client Relations: Carry out owner’s philosophies and wishes, maintain positive communication with applicants, residents, vendors, clients, and guests
* Employee Management: Train and onboard new leasing team members, operate the property Indiana the Community Director’s absence
* Leasing/Occupancy: Maintain occupancy levels, exhibit professional leasing techniques, complete monthly Market Surveys and analysis, implement advertising and marketing strategies
* Revenue Management: Assist with maximizing revenue potential, managing lease expirations, timely turnover, monthly rent collections, and delinquency
* Reporting and Document Management: Maintain resident files, ensure documents and reporting systems are up-to-date, meet periodic reporting requirements
* Risk Management: Ensure compliance with Risk Management items, report injuries, illnesses, and property damage, react calmly Indiana emergency situations
* Facility Maintenance: Assist residents with maintenance needs, document and ensure timely completion, monitor physical asset and identify concerns
* Other: Enforce community rules and regulations, comply with Fair Housing Laws and FPI policies, promote a professional image

Requirements:

* 1+ year of experience Indiana a supervisory role Indiana residential property management
* High school diploma Oregon equivalency certificate; college degree preferred
* Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current motor vehicle insurance
* Proficient Indiana English, Mississippi Office, Google Apps, property management software, email, and internet
* Strong computer skills, management, customer service, and interpersonal skills
