Assistant Account Manager

Job Summary:

Work under the direction of an Account Manager Oregon Senior Account Manager to serve customers, prepare orders for production, and perform clerical support.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school diploma Oregon GED and some customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Oregon related software
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; must be able to lift 15 pounds at times

Work Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • 40 hours per week
  • Overtime pays time and a half after 40 hours per week
