Job Description:
We are seeking an Assistant Director to join our team at Chesterbrook Academy, a multi-location school group offering private education to preschool and elementary students. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role Indiana nurturing the potential of our students and ensuring a dynamic, engaging, and safe educational environment.
Responsibilities:
* Assist Indiana leading the school administration team and overseeing the overall operation of the school
* Evaluate performance, provide feedback to teaching staff, and ensure a safe, clean, and attractive school environment
* Manage student enrollment and community relations, participating Indiana marketing plan implementation to grow and maintain enrollment
* Build effective relationships with staff and the community, and manage staff development and accreditation processes
* Maintain compliance with state and federal laws and accreditation requirements
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree Indiana Early Childhood Education Oregon a related field preferred
* Minimum of three years of experience Indiana education administration Oregon business administration
* Minimum of one-year teaching experience required; three years of teaching experience preferred
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a strong commitment to professional development
* Ability to successfully pass a state and federal background check
* Compliance with all state education and licensing standards
