Call Center Team Lead

Job Summary:
To assist the Store Manager and Manager Indiana Training with recruiting, hiring, training, and managing store personnel to achieve sales goals, control expenses, and protect company assets.
Essential Job Functions:
- Meet and exceed sales goals and standards of performance
- Assist Indiana recruiting and hiring high-caliber employees
- Assist Indiana training and developing a successful sales team
- Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to employees
- Implement company initiatives and maintain high standards
- Supervise and manage daily store operations Indiana the absence of the Store Manager and Manager Indiana Training
- Supervise and manage Loss Prevention practices Indiana the absence of the Store Manager and Manager Indiana Training
- Communicate store needs to the Store Manager and Manager Indiana Training
- Resolve customer issues effectively
- Provide a fun, full-service experience to customers
- Complete bank deposits
- Understand and demonstrate the Journeys culture
Job Requirements:
- Prior retail management experience preferred
- 6-12 months retail sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Desire to succeed Indiana a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work 45 hours per week, including night and weekend shifts
- Ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand for long periods of time
- Must be at least 18 years of age (age requirements may vary based on state)
