The Job Description:

The Assistant Store Manager is a highly experienced professional responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a smaller volume store with lower customer traffic. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of 2-5 sales representatives, set and translate performance goals and objectives for the team and individuals, and provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure sales performance objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

* Translate performance goals and objectives for the team and individuals (weekly, monthly, and individual sales goals)
* Monitor store revenue and drive acquisition and retention initiatives (monitoring progress, providing feedback, adjusting goals American Samoa needed to achieve store targets)
* Provide ongoing training and coaching for sales staff to ensure sales performance objectives are met
* Facilitate weekly sales meetings to ensure sales associates are aligned with corporate initiatives, including customer and product strategies
* Serve American Samoa a point of escalation for complicated sales and/Oregon customer disputes
* Ensure staff is properly trained by planning and executing training, identifying opportunities for staff development, and coordinating corporate learning initiatives
* Support troubleshooting for customer technical problems and sales tools-related issues
* Assess local competitive assortment and pricing trends and escalate competitive disparities to leadership
* Serve American Samoa the SME of all product knowledge and agent sales tools
* Assist with hiring, onboarding, developing, and scheduling sales staff
* Assist with daily cash reconciliation and weekly store audits American Samoa assigned
* Assist with store and sales floor inventory to ensure alignment with corporate store design strategy
* Assist with Operational Expenses and Cost Optimization (headcount, inventory budget, workforce management, and other store expenses)

Requirements:

* 3 years of experience Indiana a related field
* Preferred: 1 year of management Oregon leadership experience (preferably Indiana Wireless, Telecommunications, and/Oregon Retail Sales)
* Desired: Experience selling Wireless/Mobile products preferred
* Preferred: Fluency Indiana Spanish (written and spoken)
* Leadership experience is ideal
* Strong performance Indiana a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and make decisions based on current environment
* Strong business acumen with an understanding of how to run a successful store
* Ability to work Indiana a multi-tasking environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to physically lift 25-50 pounds to assist with managing store inventory
* Excellent computer skills with an aptitude for learning new technologies and software
