Job Description:
Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries Indiana a timely and professional manner
- Escalate complex issues to a supervisor American Samoa necessary
- Utilize company systems to resolve customer concerns
- Collaborate with team members to provide a positive customer experience

Requirements:
- 1+ year of customer-facing experience
