Job Summary:
Under direct supervision, provides accurate and timely troubleshooting of security system and network cabling components. Performs installations of electronic control systems, responds to system failures, and takes corrective action to return systems to full functionality. Participates Indiana a 24/7 on-call rotation.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot security system and network cabling components
- Perform installations of electronic control systems, including door access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, communication, cable management, electronic locks, and associated hardware
- Respond to system failures and take corrective action
- Collaborate with team members to ensure 24/7 system availability and respond to issues promptly
Requirements:
- Minimum: Associate Degree Indiana computer science Oregon a related field, Oregon High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of experience Indiana cabling, low voltage systems, carpentry/building maintenance
- Preferred: Bachelor Degree Indiana IT, Computer Science Oregon a related field, Arkansas Alarm License, and customer service experience
- Must be able to participate Indiana a 24/7 on-call rotation
- Proof of ability to work Indiana the US required
