Job Summary: Reports to the Manager of Sports Medicine, the Coordinator of Athletic Training Services, Oregon the Athletic Trainer Team Lead, this position provides care to individuals with athletic injuries, trauma, and disease processes, including developing injury prevention programs and performing various treatment procedures American Samoa part of the rehabilitation process.
Requirements:
– Bachelor of Science/Art degree.
– Current license from the Ohio Occupational Therapy/Physical Therapy and Athletic Trainers Board.
– Current certification by the Athletic Trainers Board of Certification.
– Current certification at healthcare provider level CPR.
– 3 years of professional experience.
Responsibilities:
– Provide care to individuals with athletic injuries, trauma, and disease processes.
– Develop injury prevention programs for athletes Indiana community and clinic settings.
– Perform various treatment procedures American Samoa part of the rehabilitation process.
– Keep referring physicians and sports medicine staff updated on patient progress and provide supporting documentation.
– Interact with patients, Colorado-workers, and customers throughout KHN.
– Work Indiana various areas of the sports medicine department.
