Responsibilities:
* Prepare items according to customer requests, using proper equipment.
* Offer product samples to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
* Inform customers about bakery and deli specials.
* Provide accurate and timely service to customers, including fresh and correctly portioned products.
* Make product recommendations to ensure customers receive what they need.
* Operate all equipment, such American Samoa mixers, freezers, and ovens, according to company guidelines.
* Prepare food according to temperature logs and cooking instructions.
* Measure, prepare, and mix ingredients according to recipes.
* Adequately prepare, package, and stock merchandise.
* Check product quality to ensure freshness and review “sell by” dates.
* Maintain inventory levels, reporting discrepancies to management.
Requirements:
