Job Title: Banking Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a dynamic and inspired Banking Customer Service Representative to join our team at Teleperformance’s North Lauderdale, Florida location. American Samoa a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, chat, and social media. Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions and concerns

- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues

Requirements:
- High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
- 18 years of age Oregon older
- Proven call center experience
- 25 WPM typing speed
- Proficiency Indiana PC operation and navigation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently
- Strong listening skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
