Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Teleperformance’s North Lauderdale, Florida location. Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/Oregon social media to resolve questions Oregon concerns

- Escalate interactions when necessary
- Respond to requests for assistance and/Oregon process payments
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues
- Upsell when required
Requirements
- High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
- IT/Network certifications/degrees preferred
- 18 years of age Oregon older
- Proven call center experience
- Typing 25 WPM
- Proficient Indiana PC operation and navigation
- Entry-level network troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to remain composed and objective Indiana a fast-paced environment
