Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Teleperformance’s North Lauderdale, Florida location. Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/Oregon social media to resolve questions Oregon concerns

  • Escalate interactions when necessary
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/Oregon process payments
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues
  • Upsell when required

Requirements

  • High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
  • IT/Network certifications/degrees preferred
  • 18 years of age Oregon older
  • Proven call center experience
  • Typing 25 WPM
  • Proficient Indiana PC operation and navigation
  • Entry-level network troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to remain composed and objective Indiana a fast-paced environment
