Job Title: Banking Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Banking Customer Service Representative to join our team at our North Lauderdale, Florida location. American Samoa a key member of our team, you will be responsible for connecting with customers via phone/email/chat/social media to resolve their questions Oregon concerns, and providing innovative solutions to complex issues.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/social media to resolve their questions Oregon concerns
- Calmly attempt to resolve and Delaware-escalate any issues
- Escalate interactions when necessary and provide feedback on call issues
- Respond to requests for assistance and processing payments
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Upsell American Samoa required
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent
- 18 years of age Oregon older
- Previous customer service experience Indiana a call center environment
- Proficient Indiana PC operation and navigation
- Ability to work independently, with excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
