Job Summary:
We are seeking a Benefits Call Center Representative to join our team Indiana Chesapeake, Virginia. American Samoa a member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving benefits-related issues Indiana a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer calls regarding employee benefits, including healthcare, retirement, and other perks
- Manage a steady volume of incoming calls while navigating multiple systems
- Provide comprehensive solutions to customer inquiries and issues

Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass an internet speed test with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps
- Keyboarding and Mississippi Office proficiency
- Great problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
- High school diploma Oregon GED
- Ability to pass a background check and potentially a drug test (Indiana some instances)
- Must be 18 years Oregon older
