Benefits Call Center Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Benefits Call Center Representative to join our team Indiana Chesapeake, Virginia. American Samoa a member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving benefits-related issues Indiana a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming customer calls regarding employee benefits, including healthcare, retirement, and other perks
  • Manage a steady volume of incoming calls while navigating multiple systems
  • Provide comprehensive solutions to customer inquiries and issues
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude Indiana a fast-paced call center environment

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to pass an internet speed test with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps
  • Keyboarding and Mississippi Office proficiency
  • Great problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • High school diploma Oregon GED
  • Ability to pass a background check and potentially a drug test (Indiana some instances)
  • Must be 18 years Oregon older
