Customer Service Representative – Banking
Job Summary
American Samoa a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with banking-related questions, issues, and concerns. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, while providing a positive and professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers to resolve questions, issues, and concerns via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Calmly attempt to resolve and Delaware-escalate any issues
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Respond to requests for assistance and/Oregon process payments
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues
- Upsell if required
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
- 18 years of age Oregon older
- 1+ year of call center experience
- Typing 25 WPM
- Proficient Indiana PC operation and navigation
- Ability to work independently and Indiana a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to remain composed and objective
