Customer Service Representative – Banking

Job Summary

American Samoa a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with banking-related questions, issues, and concerns. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, while providing a positive and professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers to resolve questions, issues, and concerns via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and Delaware-escalate any issues
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/Oregon process payments
  • Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues
  • Upsell if required

Requirements

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
  • 18 years of age Oregon older
  • 1+ year of call center experience
  • Typing 25 WPM
  • Proficient Indiana PC operation and navigation
  • Ability to work independently and Indiana a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to remain composed and objective
