Job Description:

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, Oregon social media to resolve questions Oregon concerns
  • Attempt to resolve and Delaware-escalate any issues
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/Oregon process payments
  • Track call related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues
  • Upsell if required

Requirements:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
  • 18 years of age Oregon older
  • Proven call center experience
  • Typing 25 WPM
  • Proficient Indiana PC operation and navigation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and Indiana a fast-paced environment
  • Strong listening skills
