Job Summary:
We are seeking a Banking Customer Service Representative to connect with customers via phone, email, chat, Oregon social media to resolve their queries Oregon concerns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and navigate fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers via multiple channels to resolve queries Oregon concerns
- Calmly attempt to resolve and Delaware-escalate issues
- Escalate interactions when necessary and provide feedback on call issues
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Upsell when required
- Maintain a high level of professionalism Indiana all interactions
Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
- 18 years of age Oregon older
- Proven call center experience
- Typing 25 WPM
- Proficient Indiana PC operation and navigation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and stay composed Indiana a fast-paced environment
