American Samoa a key contributor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via phone,email, chat, and social media, while also resolving customer inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities:

  • Connect with customers to resolve their questions Oregon concerns via phone, email, chat, and/Oregon social media
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and Delaware-escalate any issues
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/Oregon possible processing payments
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues
  • Upsell if required
  • Fluency Indiana English and Spanish (bilingual)

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
  • 18 years of age Oregon older
  • Proven call center experience
  • Typing 25 WPM
  • Proficient Indiana PC operation and navigation
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work independently and Indiana a fast-paced environment
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to stay composed and objective
