Customer Service Representative – Banking

Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers to respond to questions, resolve issues, and Delaware-escalate concerns

- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Respond to requests for assistance and process payments
- Upsell when required
- Provide excellent communication and listening skills to deliver top-notch service
Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
- 1+ years of call center experience
- Typing 25 WPM
- Proven PC operation and navigation skills
- Ability to work independently and Indiana a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to stay composed and objective
- Strong listening skills
