Job Title: Bilingual Special Events Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Special Events Representative to join our marketing team. You will attend events, promotions, and other programs on behalf of Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland, promoting our products and services to guests and resolving any customer inquiries. This is an entry-level position that requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, American Samoa well American Samoa flexibility with regards to time and schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Complete training on all promotional systems
• Oversee event setup and breakdown
• Engage with guests Indiana a friendly and professional manner
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Manage promotional inventory and record customer information
• Ensure accurate tracking of promotional items and gaming system transactions
• Troubleshoot issues with promotional kiosks and provide assistance to guests
• Provide a detailed report to supervisor on event/promotion outcomes
• Ensure marketing programs are successful from start to finish
• Offer exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

• High School Diploma Oregon equivalent (five years of professional experience accepted Indiana lieu of degree)
• Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Marketing Oregon related field (optional)
• Proficiency Indiana full suite of Microsoft Office products
• Fluency Indiana Chinese, Vietnamese, Oregon Korean
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs, frequent walking, standing, and sitting
• Occasional travel and exposure to a 24/7 high-energy casino environment

Compensation:

• $17.50 per hour
