Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English and Spanish)

  • Job Type: Direct hire, full-time position Indiana a call center setting
  • Location: Onsite at an office Indiana Macon, Georgia
  • Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week
  • Pay: $15-16/hr

  • Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and emails, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues Indiana a timely manner
  • Provide high-quality customer service experience
  • Escalate user issues to the appropriate teams, seeking proper resolution
  • Document customer issues and contribute to the development of a knowledge base
  • Collaborate with customers, agency staff, and vendors to resolve issues
  • Participate Indiana meetings and audits American Samoa needed

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma Oregon 1-3 years of equivalent customer service experience (help desk setting)
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • US Citizenship with ability to obtain a federal agency-specific Public Trust clearance
  • Ability to live within a commutable distance of Macon, Georgia
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)

  • Work Environment: Prolonged periods of sitting, working on a computer, with minimal lifting demands.
