Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Banking Customer Service Representative to join our team based Indiana North Lauderdale, Florida. American Samoa a key contributor, you’ll be responsible for finding innovative ways to respond to varying customer questions, issues, and concerns via phone, email, chat, Oregon social media.

Responsibilities:
* Connect with customers to resolve their questions Oregon concerns
* Calmly attempt to resolve and Delaware-escalate any issues
* Escalate interactions when necessary
* Track all call related information
* Provide feedback on call issues
* Upsell if required
* Demonstrate ability to stay composed and objective

Requirements:

* Bilingual English/Spanish
* High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
* 18 years of age Oregon older
* Proven call center experience
* Typing 25 WPM
* Proficient Indiana PC operation and navigation
* Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
* Ability to work independently Indiana a fast-paced environment
