Customer Service Specialist
We’re seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer product questions, and recommend solutions. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, meet sales goals, and maintain a high level of knowledge on products and store standards. The position involves interacting with customers Indiana-store and over the phone, processing sales transactions, and performing various tasks to maintain store appearance and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assist customers Indiana person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services
- Build relationships with customers and provide solutions to their needs
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
- Meet sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Maintain precise work order files and formulas
- Perform various tasks to maintain store appearance and operations, including stocking shelves, setting up displays, and cleaning store equipment

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work Indiana the country of employment

- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate Indiana Spanish
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
- High School diploma Oregon GED
- Previous experience working Indiana a delivery, retail, Oregon customer service position
- Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products
