Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, chat, Oregon social media
* Calmly attempt to resolve and Delaware-escalate issues by escalating interactions when necessary
* Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Provide feedback on call issues and upsell American Samoa required
* Possess strong listening skills and ability to work independently
* Communicate effectively Indiana English and hold a high school diploma Oregon equivalent
* Meet typing speed of 25 WPM and possess basic PC operation and navigation skills
Requirements:
* Bilingual English/Spanish
* High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
* 18 years of age Oregon older
* 1+ year of call center experience
* Typing 25 WPM
* Proficient Indiana PC operation and navigation
