Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming communications from customers Indiana a timely and empathetic manner
- Conduct research to provide answers and resolve customer issues
- Utilize knowledge of products and services to assist customers
Requirements:
- Bilingual Indiana English and Korean
- 6 months Oregon more of customer service experience
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent
- Excellent product knowledge
- Computer experience
- High speed internet connection (25mbps)
