Bilingual Special Events Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a bilingual Special Events Representative to join our marketing team at Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland. This entry-level marketing and event planning position requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. American Samoa a Special Events Representative, you will be responsible for attending events, promotions, and other programs, sharing knowledge with guests about our products and services, and providing a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend events, promotions, and other programs to engage with guests and promote our products and services
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest inquiries and issues
- Oversee setup and breakdown of events and promotions
- Maintain accurate records and reports on guest interactions and promotional activities
- Troubleshoot issues at promotional kiosks and provide support to guests
- Assist with marketing programs and ensure their successful execution
Requirements:
- High School Diploma Oregon equivalent professional experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Marketing Oregon Entertainment preferred
- Proficient Indiana Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency Indiana Korean required
- Strong customer service, interpersonal communication, and event planning skills
- Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 20lbs, walk, stand, and sit frequently
- Occasional travel required
