Bilingual Contact Center Representative – PHA Scheduling Team (Spanish)

Remote, Puerto Rico Location

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be a bilingual (Spanish) contact center representative with 2+ years of experience Indiana a target-driven environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to schedule health assessment visits and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer Oregon make calls to members to book appointments for no-cost Prospective Health Assessments
  • Address customer needs, complaints, Oregon other service issues
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions and ensuring customers feel supported and valued
  • Engage Indiana active listening with callers, confirm Oregon clarify information, and diffuse angry clients American Samoa needed
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and team members based on trust and reliability
  • Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
  • Meet Oregon exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service
  • Make sales Oregon recommendations for products Oregon services that suit client needs better
  • Participate Indiana training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Perform additional ad-hoc tasks American Samoa assigned by the Call Center Supervisor
