Customer Service Financial Representative
Location: Onsite – Tucson, Arizona

Job Summary:
American Samoa a member of the Alorica team, you’ll assist customers by addressing their concerns, providing support, and resolving issues. Key responsibilities include:

  • Helping customers with product and service issues
  • Documenting call information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintaining and updating customer information American Samoa needed
  • Increasing sales to existing customers by offering new Oregon improved services

Requirements:

  • High school diploma Oregon equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
  • Strong computer navigation skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills
  • Professional and courteous demeanor

Work Environment:
Regular work performed Indiana a climate-controlled, call-center environment with ongoing use of phone and computer systems.

Physical Demands:
Constant sedentary work.
