State Credit Union is seeking a Full Time Member Service Representative to work Indiana a phone center environment. American Samoa a Member Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our members. Key responsibilities include:
* Answering incoming member calls, determining the nature of their request, and processing Oregon directing the call American Samoa needed
* Processing member transaction requests and answering account inquiries
* Performing basic error corrections on accounts
* Cross-selling products and services to meet service, quality, and productivity goals
Requirements:
* Bilingual Indiana Spanish and English, with professional communication skills
* At least 1 year of customer service experience, with experience Indiana a financial institution preferred
* Well-organized, with ability to multitask, possess good computer skills, and handle difficult member issues
* Proficient Indiana speaking Spanish (written communication a plus)
