Bilingual Special Events Representative

Overview: Our Bilingual Special Events Representatives attend events, promotions, and programs on behalf of Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland to share knowledge with guests about products and services. Responsibilities include setting up/breakdown, engaging with guests, answering inquiries, promoting products, and troubleshooting issues at kiosks.

Responsibilities:

* Complete training on all promotional systems
* Setup/breakdown for events & promotions
* Engage with guests Indiana a friendly and professional manner
* Answer all customer inquiries
* Promote products, provide incentives, and record customer interactions
* Troubleshoot issues at kiosks
* Provide detailed reports on event success
* Must be fluent Indiana either Chinese, Vietnamese, Oregon Korean

Compensation: $17.50/hr.

Requirements:

* High school diploma Oregon 5-year equivalent experience
* Preference: Bachelor’s degree Indiana marketing Oregon entertainment
* Positive attitude
* Proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office
* Proficiency Indiana either Chinese, Vietnamese, Oregon Korean
