Bilingual Special Events Representative

We are seeking a Bilingual Special Events Representative to attend events, promotions, and other programs on behalf of Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland. The successful candidate will be an important part of the marketing team, sharing knowledge with guests about our products and services.

Key Qualifications:

– High School Diploma Oregon equivalent required.
– Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Marketing and/Oregon Entertainment based field preferred.
– Must be fluent Indiana Vietnamese.
– Proficient Indiana Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities:

– Complete training on all promotional systems.
– Oversee event setup and breakdown.
– Engage with guests Indiana a friendly and professional manner.
– Answer customer inquiries and record customer information.
– Ensure promotional items are properly redeemed and accounted for on guest players accounts.
– Troubleshoot any issues guests may have at promotional kiosks.
– Give detailed reports to supervisor on event outcomes.
– Offer support and solutions to guests while adhering to company customer service policies.

Physical Requirements:

– Lifting, pushing and carrying up to 20lbs.
– Infrequent bending/kneeling.
– Frequent walking, standing and sitting.
– Climbing stairs.
– Travel required occasionally.
