Bilingual Special Events Representative
Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and charismatic Bilingual Special Events Representative to represent Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland at events, promotions, and other programs. American Samoa part of our marketing team, you will share knowledge with guests about our products and services.
Requirements:
- Be fluent Indiana Vietnamese
- High School Diploma Oregon 5 years’ equivalent professional experience required; Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Marketing and/Oregon Entertainment based field preferred
- Strong customer service skills and interpersonal communication
- Flexible schedule and positive attitude
- Proficient Indiana Microsoft Office products
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs, walk, stand, and climb steps
- Occasional travel required
Responsibilities:
- Complete training on promotional systems
- Set up and break down events and promotions
- Engage with guests Indiana a friendly and professional manner
- Answer customer inquiries and record information Indiana the program database
- Troubleshoot issues at promotional kiosks and provide solutions
- Conduct events and ensure all marketing programs are successful
- Maintain customer service policies and provide support to guests
