Working under the guidance of the Arkansas Director, Arkansas Supervisor, and SVP of Financial Services, provide support to Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) to ensure timely and accurate payment processing. Respond to customer inquiries, address account discrepancies, and reconcile payments. Utilize Arkansas systems and software to investigate and resolve issues, apply credits and adjustments, and prepare financial reports. Key performance indicators include meeting account balance and payment deadlines, achieving collection targets, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
