Business Development Specialist – 160 Driving Academy

Job Summary:
American Samoa a key member of our team, the Business Development Specialist will drive student recruitment, build partnerships, and manage day-to-day operations for our local 160 Driving Academy branch. This role offers exposure to various facets of the business, opportunities for growth, and potential for high earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit students for 160’s 4-week CDL training program through Indiana-office enrollment appointments, follow-ups on leads, and community outreach.
  • Develop relationships with trucking companies, community partners, and local government agencies to promote and market our branch.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing the office, maintaining student and state files, and completing enrollment paperwork.
  • Provide ongoing support to students throughout their training and career.

**required skills and experience:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably Indiana a management Oregon related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree Oregon equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office, with experience Indiana salesforce a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
