Call Center Experience: We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team. Previous experience working from home is a plus. Additionally, prior retail Oregon pharmacy experience is preferred, but not required.

* Answering customer calls, responding to customer emails, and resolving customer inquiries
* Building trust and rapport with our customers through personalized and empathetic communication
* Collaborating with the team to resolve complex customer issues
* Continuously improving knowledge and skills to better serve our customers
