Call Center Agent
Job Summary:
Ensuring exceptional customer experience and quality care, the Call Center Agent will promote and represent Billings Clinic and its services, creating a welcoming atmosphere by answering phone calls and processing them quickly and accurately while working within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with all callers using Personal Service Excellence and being Kind, Safe, and Courageous.
- Accurately assist all callers with their needs, including routing calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments, and responding to medical and non-medical alarms.
- Provide basic information about programs, providers, and public initiatives throughout the organization.
- Assist with scheduling and appointment verification.
- Respond to alarms following protocol to ensure patient and staff safety.
- Utilize performance improvement principles to assess and improve call quality.
Requirements:
- High school Oregon GED diploma
- 1 year of customer service experience Oregon an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to maintain competency Indiana all standards relevant to job performance and exhibits behaviors consistent with Billings Clinic’s mission, vision, values, and code of business conduct.
