Call Center Agent
Reports to: Call Center Manager Oregon Assistant Manager
Job Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Call Center Manager Oregon the Assistant Manager, the Call Center Agent is the primary access point for patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional patient service by answering phone calls, responding to general inquiries, and addressing patient concerns Indiana a knowledgeable, courteous, and empathetic manner.
– Assist with medication refills, emergency medical support, and other medical information requests Indiana a timely and accurate manner.
– Verify patient information for medical procedures, appointments, and related matters.
– Manage and resolve issues Indiana accordance with established policies and procedures.
– Document all patient interactions and updates Indiana the designated system to ensure accurate record-keeping.
